The Mad Tatter is a women-and-LGBTQIA+-owned tattoo and piercing studio located in Minneapolis' Warehouse District. The owner wants to remodel the existing studio and add a private apartment on the upper floors. The overall concept for the studio makes clients feel welcome and safe, which is supported through soft tones and textures. The upper-level apartment achieves a cozy and eclectic feel via the integration of textural variety and a warm color palette.
