The Passaddi boutique hotel, located in the heart of Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California, consists of wellness areas including a spa, pool, fitness center, locker space, juice bar café, and restaurant. Other common areas include restrooms, study spaces, lounge and community center, and a lobby space. There is a private space for the staff as well as an office and public conference room. Four specialty suites are available and each with individualized amenities. It is located on the beachfront and is just steps away from the Pacific waters. The Passaddi boutique hotel is inspired by and designed for client Elio Balotelli, a Buddhist Italian who grew up in the small republic of San Marino, Italy, located on the slopes of Mount Titano. He grew up a world traveler and retained a plethora of cultural learnings throughout the years. Now, as the hotelier, he wishes to transform an existing lodge into a luxury boutique wellness hotel providing serenity, pleasure, and culture for travelers today.
