The Fox Lofts is a new apartment complex with commercial spaces coming to Appleton, Wisconsin in 2023. Mixed-use commercial spaces will be interspersed along the perimeter of the complex to promote community gathering and activity. Spaces will be open and welcoming, with a modern look and a twist of industrial characteristics. Residential units will provide a comforting home to the mature tenant clientele. These units will have many amenities, tall ceilings, and an industrial flair. Large windows, exposed air supplies and returns, and recycled brick and wood will be common design features. Tenants will feel as if they are living in an historic building, but with a sophisticated appeal. The Fox Lofts rooftop will provide ample gathering spaces for residential tenants year-round. This rooftop will harness the river views and beautiful location while integrating natural, water-sealed timbers and sturdy outdoor furniture and appealing finishes.
